Plans and billing questions
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The Free plan doesn’t ask for a card and never expires.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed per user, in advance, and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. When you upgrade, the new limits apply immediately. When you downgrade, features beyond the new limits are locked, and no data is deleted.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays available for export for 30 days and is then deleted, as described in the Terms of Use.
Who owns the data?
Your company does. You can export your content at any time, and we process it only to provide the service.
